Hi, I’m Sam and I’m the driving force behind FitnessAndStretching.com.
I’ve been around the fitness industry for more than 10 years and decided that I wanted to share some of my knowledge with the world.
I’ve created this site to do just that. I’ll be posting useful tips and reviews that are related to the specific areas of fitness and stretching.
When I started my fitness journey I was incredibly stiff and my range of mobility was limited because of tight muscles and lack of flexibility. I’ve been able to overcome this by exercising regularly and taking the time to do some simple stretches each day. The biggest hurdle for most people is that they don’t commit. This is not a 5 minute journey. But the journey can start with just 5 minutes. That’s 5 minutes of stretching each day, and then you progressively increase the time.
I’m really excited to share some of my experiences and ultimately help you with your healthy lifestyle journey.
My goal is to provide the latest and most accurate information, no matter which path you choose to pursue.
